Before
Brand consistency depended on one person paying attention. Every designer rebuilt every piece from scratch; staying on-brand while iterating meant doing it by hand.
What we built
We wrote the rules into one system: 149 tokens, 7 connected libraries, 13 documented sections and a SKILL.md the agents call. Lint rules stop code that leaves the system before it reaches review.
Result
Repetitive work left the team. People who are not designers can now produce on-brand. On creative projects, designers got iteration room back.
