01Doesn’t doing both at once spread you thin?+
Both rest on the same thing: write the rules first, speed up after. Defining the flow of an experience module and writing the spec for a feature are the same discipline. The team is the same too.
02Do you supply the hardware for experience installs?+
Concept, design and software are ours; hardware procurement is planned together and depends on scope. Modules rescale to the space and the budget you have.
03If you use AI, are you actually doing the work?+
We make the decisions; an agent does part of the production. The difference: we also write the rules that bound what the agent can do, and those rules live in the repo. Why the work came out the way it did is on record.
04How soon do we start?+
The two-week pilot has fixed scope; we don’t expect a deck or any preparation from you. Week one maps the current state, week two builds the first working gate.
05Will we end up dependent on you?+
No. Repo, accounts, domain and documentation sit on your side from the start. When the contract ends our access closes and the system keeps running.
06Can we work in only one of the two fields?+
Yes. Most projects start in one. Taking both isn’t required — though the content and software behind an experience centre usually end up in the same place anyway.
